Use appropriate respiratory protective equipment.

Transfer the patient to a ventilated place.

Give first aid by artificial respiration if necessary.

Skin exposure: Rinse with plenty of water. Soap, liquid soap, etc. can be used.

Remove the contaminated clothing and clean thoroughly.

Eye exposure:

Rinse eyes with plenty of water until irritation disappears.

If the irritation persists, seek medical treatment.

Ingestion by mistake:

Do not induce vomit if swallowed.

Keep a resting position and give medical care in time.

Part V Fire Fighting Measures

Hazardous characteristics: water based pigment is not a combustible substance in nature (flash point:70℃).

Hazardous combustion products: carbon dioxide, aluminum oxide dust, etc.

Fire extinguishing agents used: dry powder fire extinguisher, or use cement, sand to extinguish fire.

Fire- fighting precautions: Do not use water or foam fire extinguishing agent to prevent hydrogenation of water based pigment

Part VI: Accidental Emergency Treatment

Emergency treatment: Transfer the water based pigment falling to the ground with a shovel, spoon (made of materials such as wood, aluminum, copper, etc.) or other tools which will not generate sparks to a special container to avoid solvent evaporation of water based pigment.

Removal method: Wipe the floor with cleaning solution or soap.

Part VII Operating Disposal and Storage

Adaptive temperature:

Storage temperature (℃): room temperature or lower

Transport temperature (℃): room temperature or lower

Loading and unloading temperature (℃): room temperature or lower

Applicable packaging materials: carbon steel, stainless steel and plastic.

Not applicable packaging materials: natural rubber and butyl rubber.

General precautions for storage, handling and use:

Make sure the container is tightly closed and handle with care.

Open the cover slowly to control the release of pressure inside the container.

It shall be stored in a cool and well-ventilated place, and kept away from incompatible materials.

Do not store or use it near an open flame, heat source or ignition source. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Do not pressurize, heat, cut or weld the container.

Additional warning: Empty packing containers should be properly handled since they are hazardous as well.

Part VIII. Exposure control/individual protection

Mechanical control measures/ventilation:

Mechanical ventilation is recommended whenever the product is used in confined spaces or conditions above room temperature, or at least in a place with good natural ventilation. Maximum allowable concentration: 1200 mg∕m3 (165 ppm) (refers to the solvent contained in the material)

Individual protection:

General recommendation: Personal protective equipment should be selected according to the degree of hazard, workplace and use method of the product. Generally speaking, we recommend to use protective goggles with protective edges and overalls that protect the arms, legs and body. In addition, anyone who enters the range of use of this product should wear protective glasses with protective edges.

Special recommendation: Based on and limited to our experience in this product, it is suggested that satisfactory protective measures can be provided to industrial users.

Respiratory protection: When the concentration in the air exceeds the concentration limits given in this section, it is recommended to use a half-masked filtered gas mask to prevent inhalation of excessive hazardous substances. Suitable filter materials depend on the type and amount of chemicals used in the workplace.

However, the Class A filter material category "A” or similar materials can be considered for use.

Hand protection: When handling this product, it is recommended to wear chemical resistant gloves. Suitable protective gloves depend on the working environment and the chemicals being processed. We are quite experienced in using protective gloves when produce nitrile polymers. If the protective gloves begin to rot, they should be replaced immediately.

Eye protection: See general recommendation.

Skin/body protection: See general recommendation.
